Ann joined CÉ LA VI in 2019 as a Guest Relations Hostess, where her dedication, technical aptitude and ability to manage reservations and booking platforms quickly set her apart. Recognising her strengths, she was given the opportunity to lead our Call Centre, overseeing operations and developing her leadership, analytical and project management skills.
As her expertise grew, so did her career. Today, Ann serves as a Digital Project Manager, driving technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and the guest experience across the business.

At CÉ LA VI, Ashley has transformed her passion for pastry into an opportunity to leave a lasting mark on the brand. Through continuous experimentation, creativity and a drive to push culinary boundaries, she has developed signature desserts that have become an integral part of the CÉ LA VI dining experience.
Beyond the kitchen, Ashley has also emerged as a respected voice for women in the culinary industry. Her leadership and commitment to fostering an inclusive kitchen culture were recognised in The Straits Times, where she shared her vision for creating an environment where talent, creativity and collaboration can thrive.

Group Digital Marketing Assistant Manager
Sean's journey is a reflection of the opportunities that come with passion, dedication and a willingness to learn.
Starting his career with CÉ LA VI as a Market Executive and progressing to Group Digital Marketing Assistant Manager, he has grown alongside the business, taking on new challenges, expanding his expertise and contributing to the brand's success with innovative new ideas across multiple markets.

At CÉ LA VI, Eduard has transformed his passion for mixology into opportunities to create, collaborate and showcase his talents. By working alongside the bar team to develop CÉ LA VI's signature cocktail menu, he has played a key role in shaping the guest experience through creativity and innovation.
His dedication to the craft also earned him the opportunity to excel to the top 20's at Diageo's World Class Bartender of the year 2026, competing and learning alongside some of the industry's best.
